Overall, IVONA MiniReader is really simple and straightforward. You can easily select the text you want to hear being read in a loud voice and choose one from the installed voices. Then click the "play" button and that's it - the text will be read aloud with the voice of your choosing.
A neat feature of this application is its large variety of handy features: you can configure its Lexicon, add and remove exceptions, select/deselect ignored expressions, add/remove abbreviated elements.
